Price lists of EU countries
The exposed prices are considered FOB and may, at any time, be revised or modified when conditions require it.
The sale of merchandise transported from Spain to other EU countries, are exempt from VAT, therefore this will not be reflected in the invoice (only if the customer has a correct VAT number). In the case of lacking this number, the client will be billed with 21% tax (VAT).

It is our company's obligation to verify the authenticity of the Intra-Community VAT number, that is provided by the customer in the European Commission Registry. In case that number is not valid, we will notify the client (via email) of the circumstance so that he/she can choose between:
Modify the Intra-Community VAT if it was an error.
Confirm the order after payment of 21% of tax.
Opt for the cancellation of the order with management costs
of 10€.
For orders destined to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), 21% of IVA will be passed on.

Customers benefit from the guarantee given in the articles.
Defects due to improper use or manipulation of the material are not included in this warranty. Nor is included the damage caused by normal use of the material.
Reductions (shortfalls) in the functionality of the articles, due to the design limitations are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

Legislation and jurisdiction (only in Spain)
The present general conditions will be interpreted according to the current Spanish legislation in the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in all that is not foreseen in the same (basically Law 34/2002, July 11 on information services and electronic commerce).
For any discrepancy that may arise in the transactions derived from the use of this virtual store, the parties are submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

Shipping and returns
Shipping methods and delivery times
www.biotouch-europe.com will only deliver orders in the E.E.C. (European Economic Community) territory (just for the places where there are no official distributors).
If there is an official distributor in your area, your order will be forwarded to the distributor for a better service. The maximum delivery time is 15 workdays from the date of receipt of the order.
Orders will be sent directly from www.biotouch-europe.com through its logistics operators.
Free postage from 150€ in Spain (except for Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or Andorra) and 200€ for the rest of the E.C.C. territory (before taxes if it is applicable)
If the purchase does not reach the minimum, the shipping costs will be calculated in a dynamic way depending on the products you want to buy and also on the destination where you want to receive them.

In case there is no responsible for the receipt of the package at the address indicated of the delivery, a notice will be left with a telephone number. The client will have to call to confirm at what time the transport agency can deliver the order (the transport agency must be called to confirm at what time they can deliver the order). The transport agency will keep the package in their warehouse on the days which are indicated in the notice before proceeding to return it to our facilities.
If you do not receive your purchase in the estimated time, you must contact the Customer Service Department of www.biotouch-europe.com by an email to tiendaonline@tevian.com. From the moment we have your notification we will make the appropriate arrangements to find out why you did not receive it within the agreed time.
Devolutions
For merchandise returns, you must communicate your intention within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the order. It is necessary that the packaging of the product is maintained in optimum condition. You must contact us through our email tiendaonline@tevian.com or you can also use our contact section.
TEVIAN will always assume shipping costs for the return of the order only when the product proves defective.
You can replace it, substitute it with other articles or ,if you wish, we will refund your money.
If the reasons for the return are unrelated to TEVIAN, for example, if the merchandise is in perfect condition, but nevertheless you want to return it, you must send the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In this case, the expenses caused by the return WILL NOT be borne by TEVIAN but by the customer.
