General purchase conditions 

Price lists of EU countries

The exposed prices are considered FOB and may, at any time, be revised or modified  when conditions require it.

The sale of  merchandise transported from Spain to other EU countries, are exempt from VAT, therefore this will not be reflected in the invoice (only if the customer has a correct VAT number). In the case of lacking this number, the client will be billed with 21% tax (VAT).

It is our company's obligation to verify the authenticity of the Intra-Community VAT number, that is provided by the customer in the European Commission Registry. In case that number is not valid, we will notify the client  (via email) of the circumstance so that he/she can choose between:

• Modify the Intra-Community VAT if it was an error.

• Confirm the order after payment of 21% of tax.

• Opt for the cancellation of the order with management costs

          of 10€.

For orders destined to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), 21% of IVA will be passed on.

If you have a Paypal account  you can send the money comfortably and without expenses to our account. To register is free, you just have to associate your card or bank account with a postal address and start enjoying online payments in web pages and auctions.

• Credit card:

Using the secure server of our payment gateway.

Once you have placed the order in our store, the program will direct you to the website of the well-known and secure payment gateway where they will indicate the data of your card.

Important: at the end of the process, our payment gateway page will return you to our store where the order process will end. Our payment gateway uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to protect your information. In addition, when you send a payment through this gateway, the recipient does not receive sensitive financial data such as your credit card number or your bank account. This way, you do not have to worry about paying people you do not know.

Credit Card fraud is a crime and we will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our store.

You can always check the total amount of your order at the last step of “Order confirmation” in your shopping cart.

The email address obtained from the subscription form can be used to send you information about news, products and special offers related to micropigmentation.

The billing data will be used only for the purchased products shipment. This information will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be ceded to third parties.

Guarantee

Customers benefit from the guarantee given in the articles.

Defects due to improper use or manipulation of the material are not included in this warranty. Nor is included the damage caused by normal use of the material.

Reductions (shortfalls) in the functionality of the articles, due to the design limitations are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

General data protection

Legislation and jurisdiction (only in Spain)

The present general conditions will be interpreted according to the current Spanish legislation in the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in all that is not foreseen in the same (basically Law 34/2002, July 11 on information services and electronic commerce).

For any discrepancy that may arise in the transactions derived from the use of this virtual store, the parties are submitted to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.

Modifications

The right to modify at any time the services provided through the website is reserved, introducing or eliminating certain services or contents that contribute to offer a better service.
